I have a problem with test-taking anxiety, particularly for standardized tests like the SAT. I will be taking the SAT soon, and since it’s such an important test, I’m worried that I will have some really bad anxiety because of it. Sometimes I feel really nauseous when I take a big test and it makes it impossible for me to focus on what I’m doing. How can I prevent this?
Thank you!

i have horrible test anxiety! ever since i was in middle school and i’m a sophomore right now. ACT’s are next year and not to mention the rest of my semester at school THIS year.
Test taking is not something i’m good at, i ALWAYS put the wrong answers when it’s not correct and i KNOW the material!
but i freak out and i can’t concentrate and then i just freeze and forget everything i studied for. It’s so annoying and i don’t know how to help it.
help?
