How can I lower anxiety for a test?

I have GAD, and I have to take a test to be qualified for gifted classes soon. I can't have something that will knock me out. I just need to be focused and not anxious.

Do you think Test Anxiety is a type of LD?

I mean like if you really get sick of the thought of taking a test. Like vomiting and can not sleep for days prior to the exam.Also if you avoid certain classes and degrees that require alot of test-taking.

I have a huge problem. sometimes when I go to take a test I get so stressed out I blank out and can't remember anything. Sometimes it's just small details that disappear, which I still really need. Sometimes this doesn't happen and I remember everything, in classes such as French/English, whereas in classes like biology I forget everything and do bad on the tests. I'm really trying hard, I study for hours, but sometimes it doesn't help me.
