How to stop test anxiety?
I have REALLY bad test anxiety, and I've had it for a while.
I have it so bad, that I would study for an exam for a full week, know it inside and out and once the test came, I would be so anxious and nervous I would literally forget EVERYTHING I learned! and even the simple things I learned from semesters before would be completely lost!
I need some help here guys, anything will do! Techniques for study, techniques before exams, a supplement I can take; whatever you guys got! finals are in one week and I just CANNOT mess up now.
