Anxiety Physical Symptoms
Although often considered a "mental" condition, there are any number of anxiety physical symptoms of anxiety and stress. Not to get too holistic here, but the mind and the body are one unit : what happens in the mind will be voiced thru the body. That isn't to assert that everybody will face the same symptoms, however - some may suffer 1 or two physical symptoms whilst other s could be experience many more.
On their own, these symptoms are typically not damaging but when mixed together at a frequent rate, they can lead to serious illnesses. Individual patients' anxiety physical symptoms will be influenced differently, so being conscious of what the physical symptoms are, and how they can cause a body to react, is the key to diagnosing the scale of stress. Doctors generally recommend individuals suffering from 4 or more physical symptoms of anxiety of anxiety or stress should seek a medical opinion.
Physical indications of anxiety or stress can consist of dizzy spells, headaches, chest pain, racing heart, sore eyes, nauseous stomach, panic, weak legs, disturbing thoughts, visible nightmares, tingling sensations, and tremors. If whatever is causing the anxiety is non-permanent then these symptoms will possibly vanish as quickly as they happened. But if any of these physical symptoms are enduring and disruptive, they could be indications of a more heavy problem. That is when chatting with a surgeon is crucial.
When Anxiety physical symptoms and stress produce physical diseases they become a time bomb prepared for combustion. Anxiety feeds on the symptoms, which in turn worsens the sickness, causing more anxiety. This process becomes an endless circle of pain and suffering as the patient's physical and mental health deteriorates.
If the causes are not addressed and the anxiety is left unbridled, it may ultimately lead to an anxiety disorder. This is a significant medical illness. Anxiety disorders affect approximately 19,000,000 Yankee adults and almost as many youngsters and teens. In truth, stress disorders as a group are considered to be the most common mental sickness in America.
Now a note of caution : because you're feeling anxious does not mean you're suffering from a disorder - only a doctor can make that make that diagnosis.
Overwhelming physical anxiety symptoms and fear dominates the life of a patient with an anxiety disorder. These disorders are chronic, relentless, and can grow gradually worse if not treated. They are linked to a number of physical problems, including arthritis, migraines, allergies, thyroid disease, breathing illness, and gut issues. Left unbridled they can also lead to other mental disorders like panic, phobia, obsessive-compulsive, and agoraphobia. Treatment must be administered as quickly as possible to bypass the complete shut down of the immune system.
Physical signs of anxiety and stress are not intended to be concealed : they make themselves known because the body is trying to heal itself, and it wants these things dealt with. Luckily these symptoms are reasonably simple to identify ; they are not as silent as, say, evidence of cancer or coronary disease. They are not not shy and, because of this, they give an individual each chance to hunt them down and treat the underlying causes.
Awareness and education about the physical symptoms of anxiety and stress are vital to patients, doctors, psychiatrists, and the public. No-one is impervious to stress so knowing ways to anxiety and stress so knowing so knowing how to subdue them will benefit virtually everyone.

I like that idea. “When things seem a little weird and I’m not getting what I want… the most effective thing to do, is to stop and relax”
people with anxiety frequently want to do get a brain scan, (i’ve wanted to for a long time) but should refrain because 99.9 % of the time it is an anxiety disorder. i have GAD and it makes me a borderline hypochondriac

I guess you didn't go through with the pain and suffering we did of having her leave for a stupid network show.
You can talk to your doctor for a proper diagnosis. I had my first panic attack when I was 37. It scared the crap out of me! I didn't know what was happening, but I thought I was dying. Both my general practitioner and ob/gyn diagnosed anxiety attacks. Both said that it is very commom at this age. I found relief in zoloft. It has been over 4 years, and I still take it. The side effects were temporary, and completely tolerable. I work full time, and am able to enjoy a normal life with my husband and children. I have never tried those tablets, but I have tried self help books, tapes, tea, etc. I have found that exercise really helps me. When I feel an onsetof an attack, I will do tasks like clean floors, fold clothes, re-arrange drawers, or anything that doesn't require a lot of concentration until it subsides.
