How can I lower anxiety for a test?

I have GAD, and I have to take a test to be qualified for gifted classes soon. I can't have something that will knock me out. I just need to be focused and not anxious.

Most people, when anxious, forget to breathe deeply – their breathing becomes shallow, slowing the flow of oxygen to the brain. So, when stressed, take a deep cleansing breath or two, and you’ll relax enough to answer questions more easily. Sometimes it helps me to think about songs/music while I’m trying to remain calm. My favorite is Mozart, but anything that calms you would do.
