Anxiety attack is the condition caused by an abnormal response to external stress that in turn, effects biological changes in the body. People that suffer from these attacks and related physical symptoms may feel as if they are going to have a heart attack, suffocate or pass out at times. Stress related triggers can cause unwelcome symptoms, and scary side affects that in reality, are not life threatening to the person who experiences them.
The basic cause of an attack is related to an imbalance in neurons in the amygdala area of the brain. This part of the brain deals primarily with processing emotional reactions in association with human memory functions. While the condition may seem complicated to deal with, there are several natural treatments for anxiety that have proven to be successful on alleviating these physical symptoms for many people who suffer with extreme episodes.
Despite their different forms, all anxiety disorders share one thing in common: persistent-and often overwhelming-fear or worry. The frequency and intensity of these fears can be immobilizing, distressing, and disruptive. Characteristics of an anxiety disorder include:
- Anxiety which is constant, unrelenting, and all-consuming
- Anxiety which causes self-imposed isolation or emotional withdrawal
- Anxiety which interferes with normal activities like going outside or interacting with other people
PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS OF ANXIETY DISORDER ARE;
a) Heart palpitations or racing heartbeat
b) Chest pain
c) Hot flashes or chills
d) Cold and clammy hands
e) Stomach upset or queasiness
f) Frequent ********* or diarrhea
g) Shortness of breath
h) Sweating
i) Dizziness
j) Tremors, twitches, and jitters
k) Muscle tension or aches
l) Headaches
m) Fatigue
n) Insomnia
The toll an anxiety disorder takes on your life and it;s associated physical symptoms can lead to other problems as well, such as low self-esteem, depression, and alcoholism. Anxiety can also negatively impact your work and your personal relationships. But the good news is that anxiety disorders and it's related physical symptoms are highly treatable. With the help of a qualified mental health professional, you can get relief from your physical symptoms and worries and lead the life that you want.
Many of these physical symptoms are reported by almost 85% of Anxiety attack patients. It is advisable that you call your healthcare provider if you experience any of the following symptoms:
*You are unable to work or function properly at home because of anxiety.
*You do not know the source or cause of your anxiety.
*You have a sudden feeling of panic.
*You have an uncontrollable fear -- for example, of getting infected and sick if you are out, or a fear of heights.
*You repeat an action over and over again, like constantly washing your hands.
*You have intolerance to heat, weight loss despite a good appetite, lump or swelling in the front of your neck, or protruding eyes. Your thyroid may be overactive.
*Your anxiety is elicited by the memory of a traumatic event.
*You have tried self care for several weeks without success or you feel that your anxiety will not resolve without professional help.

i did the linden method about 6 years ago, it really works. I was really really bad and tried all kinds of things. Dont ever think “but I have something different than you had”..
