If you suffer from an anxiety-related condition you know that the physical symptoms of anxiety and stress can be just as debilitating as the mental ones.

A new randomized trial shows that on average, three months after receiving a series of 10 massage sessions, patients had half the symptoms of anxiety. This improvement resembles that previously reported with psychotherapy, medications, or both. But the trial, published in the journal Depression and Anxiety, also found massage to be no more effective than simple relaxation in a room alone with soft, soothing music.

Joint pain, fatigue, and accelerated heart rate.
Please try to relax, I had to learn how to put all of the anxieties of the outside away, and just concentrate on one day at a time, if you don't you can become seriously ill.
I wish you the very best.

Yes.
You are tensing up emotionally and it causes your body to physically react to it.
We can make oursevles sick from worry. Our immune system drops because of the stress and our bodies are less able to cope therefore it manifests in many ways, like colds, flu, headaches, cramps, diahrea, chest pain, caused from muscles tensing up.
The next 14 days give your body a break. Take an herbal bath...long one. Listen to soothing music and drink camomile tea before bed. Go buy a book that you might be interested in, whether a mystery, or romance or science fiction, Before you know it 14 days will be gone and so will your worries. After that next time invest in safe sex practices and remember the "Hell" you have put yourself through as a reminder...Never Again. We have all been there one way or another, none of us are perfect. Try to relax by doing what I said, you might find out it really helps out. You need to pamper yourself out of worrying. No one else but you knows you best.
