Panic attacks are unexpected fear, a distinct type of extreme anxiety that gives physiological arousal, discomfort and sometimes stomach pains - all are related to cognitive and bodily symptoms. However, panic attacks in most cases only last for few minutes but can in severe cases last several hours. Panic attacks can affect both the body and the mind and can provoke immense fear and terror. Some sufferers do not even realise they are suffering from anxiety until it is too late. So here are 10 signs & symptoms of panic attack that are most common in today's society:
1. Heart Palpitations - During panic attacks an unnatural consciousness of the heart beating occurs, it may be too slow or irregular and in many cases too fast.
2. Over Breathing Or Hyperventilation - It is a state of breathing deeper or/and faster than normal. This symptom can be one of the most terrifying and can lead onto the next symptom quickly.
3. Fear Of Losing Control Or Going Crazy - More often than not panic attacks are associated with the sense of terror and lead to the sufferer feeling like they are losing control or going crazy.
4. Shakiness & Dizziness - This is another common sign & symptom of a panic attack. This symptom can make you feel like you have developed low blood sugar or that you have just run a long distance.
5. Hot flashes - Hot flashes will force the sufferer to feel extreme heat with an increased heartbeat and sweating. This symptom can last for a short time such as two minutes but has been known to drag on past thirty minutes in severe cases.
6. Fainting - Fainting can happen in severe cases of panic attacks and can be very common. This is due to an inadequate flow of oxygen in the brain.

To overcome panic attacks one should keep in mind that most of the sign and symptoms of panic attack occur due to one's imagination. There has been no shortage of stories on athletes using Twitter and social media to further their personal agendas. On the flip side, we’ve also seen the organizations behind the professional sports leagues, and the media outlets covering them, struggle between their desire to understand and embrace social media and their fear of losing control of their entertainment properties. Athletes and their representatives, coaches, staff members, and media analysts all pose a threat to the status quo. Cincinnati Bengals Wide Receiver Chad Ochocinco’s in-game tweets could mean that fans follow him over watching the television interview, Andy Roddick’s tennis tweets could reveal insider information, the ESPN analysts’ tweets on sports stories could attract off-camera discussion; the bottom line is that control of the message is slipping away with Twitter as a medium. It’s this fear of losing control that is driving organizations to restrict what gets said in a social media space. Here we’ll…

PENNY/SHELDON. It starts in Pasadena, after their flight from Kansas City and a layover from hell, when he backs her up against the wall at Stuart’s store before they’ve even finished unpacking all their gear, with all the guys oblivious just around the corner and Penny’s heart beating madly in her chest.
I've had both attacks, but never screaming fits. The symptoms vary per person, and the symptoms I have aren't even listed.
OMFG LMAO !!!!!!!!!
As weeks on the defensive go, this has been a memorable one for Arsène Wenger. As if the Aaron Ramsey injury and all its molten opinion were not enough, there was the delicate matter of Theo Walcott. “No football brain,” complained former England winger Chris Waddle. “Not only does he has a football brain,” retorted Wenger acidly, “he has a brain.” Walcott could have chosen no better way to thank his manager for his unwavering support than the footballing intelligence he showed when Arsenal found themselves in a precarious position against the worst travellers in the Premier League. Burnley had snaffled an equaliser through David Nugent’s opportunism, and nervousness was trickling around the Emirates Stadium. Cesc Fábregas was off the pitch, having been withdrawn early to nurse some pain in his hamstring. Nicklas Bendtner was auditioning for his own miss of the season compilation. The leadership of Sol Campbell was absent. Arsenal needed a hero to emerge from somewhere. Having enjoyed…
In the end people will remember why the wise founding fathers were such sticklers about States Rights. They knew that one size does not fit all. People will be brought to that awareness once again, and the division will not be along party lines but along the lines of "you can't leave" and "oh yes we can."
Just wait and see.
