I take medication for anxiety which doesn't seem to fully help, which I am working on, but I have a test tomorrow that I am fairly well prepared for, but that I know I am going to have a panic attack during, just as I did last time. I don't really know what all I can do to reduce my anxiety during the test and immediatly before, but any tips would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks
